LNG in BSP Project representatives attended the LNG Transport Forum, held on 14-15 October 2015 in Valencia, Spain.

The event was opened by Ramon Gomez-Ferrer, General Manager of Valencia Port of Authority, Vincente del Rio, General Director of Valenciaport Foundaton and Isabelle Ryckbost, Secretary General of ESPO.
This year, the forum gathered over 60 companies representatives and over 30 top European LNG agenda speakers.
The hot topics of this year’ forum was the LNG utilization in ports, LNG applicability in emission controlled areas and LNG synergy possibilities. Newly granted TEN-T, CEF project HEKLA was presented as well.
“It would not be that evident for a port to host an event focused on LNG a few years ago. Apparently the times have changed and besides all upraising obstacles, the LNG is gaining force. A network-industry which the LNG is, requires frequent meetings to make sure we are all on hand. This is why the organization of this event is essential” – the Secretary General of ESPO invited the project managers and all LNG stakeholders to a fruitful knowledge exchange and discussion.
The next edition of the LNG Transport Forum will be held on 23-24 November 2016 in Port of Valencia.
